Cheesy Bread



  • ½ batch Bread dough (make the whole batch, use half and freeze the other half for next time or make a double batch of garlic bread)
  • 2tb salted butter, soft
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ c parmesan cheese
  • ¼ c mozzarella


  1. Turn a cookie sheet upside down and place a piece of parchment paper on it, or a pizza stone.
  2. Mix butter, garlic and cheeses
  3. Roll out dough on the parchment paper.
  4. Cover dough with butter and cheese mixture.
  5. Bake for 9-10 minutes at 500F.
