Forget buying those packets of beef stew seasoning, make your own!
Ingredients:
- 2c all purpose flour
- 4 tsp oregano
- 2 tb basil
- 4 1/2 tsp each: salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika
- 2 tb celery seed
- 2 tsp powdered rosemary
Method:
Combine all in a jar, mix well and store in your pantry. Use approximately 2 tablespoons per 2 pounds of beef in your stew, or to taste.
