This was gone in no time and left my kids asking to make it again with our very next meal!
Ingredients:
- 1/2c unsweetened pineapple juice
- 2tb honey
- 1tb lemon juice
- a small splash of apple cider vinegar (1tsp max)
- 3c shredded carrots
- 1/2c dried cranberries
Method:
- Combine all. Make this ahead of your meal and let it chill in your fridge so the flavors can combine well.
