My oldest son just loves this recipe. I think he would live off of it, if I let him.
Ingredients:
- 2lb ground beef, browned
- 1 1/2 c beef broth
- 2tb ketchup
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3tb flour
- 1c sour cream
- Egg Noodles
Method:
- Drain browned beef. Add all but 1/3c beef broth and seasonings to the pan. Bring to a boil, then simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Combine flour and remaining beef broth, whisk well and add to the skillet. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly, and heat until thick. Remove from heat, add sour cream and serve over hot noodles.
