In 2020 we will be creating a backyard-sized garden within our main garden, for use as a place for hands on learning to occur, demonstrating gardening techniques in a space that is more realistic to a backyard gardener. During warmer months we will host monthly meet ups and free gardening classes here. And the best part, all the produce that comes from this garden will be donated to local organizations that help families in need, as well as directly to local families.
Through the season I will be posting regular garden updates that cover how and why we are doing things, how we tackle problems that may arise, and garden maintenance from planning to harvesting. Feel free to bookmark this page, as posts related to The Victory Garden will be posted right here!
