{"id":934,"date":"2015-04-14T02:42:12","date_gmt":"2015-04-14T02:42:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.k7farm.com\/blog\/?p=934"},"modified":"2016-12-23T04:39:24","modified_gmt":"2016-12-23T04:39:24","slug":"crockpot-roast","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.k7farm.com\/blog\/?p=934","title":{"rendered":"Crockpot Roast"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This is one of my favorite ways to prepare a roast. \u00a0It always comes out perfect and with it cooking in the crockpot, I am free to do other things.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1- cream of mushroom soup <a title=\"\u201cCream Of\u201d Soup Multi-Purpose, Bulk Mix\" href=\"http:\/\/www.k7farm.com\/blog\/?p=715\">(homemade equivalent)<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 &#8211; onion soup mix packet <a title=\"French Onion Soup Mix\" href=\"http:\/\/www.k7farm.com\/blog\/?p=932\">(homemade equivalent)<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1\/2 soup can of water<\/li>\n<li>3-4lb roast<\/li>\n<li>Carrots, potatoes, onions (if desired)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Place roast in the crockpot. \u00a0Arrange peeled, sliced vegetables around the roast.<\/li>\n<li>Combine soups and water, mix well and pour over roast.<\/li>\n<li>Cook on high 3-4 hours, or on low for 8-9 hours.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is one of my favorite ways to prepare a roast.
