{"id":909,"date":"2015-04-07T04:33:26","date_gmt":"2015-04-07T04:33:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.k7farm.com\/blog\/?p=909"},"modified":"2016-12-23T04:39:26","modified_gmt":"2016-12-23T04:39:26","slug":"kostyu-meatloaf","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.k7farm.com\/blog\/?p=909","title":{"rendered":"Kostyu Meatloaf"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This is the same meatloaf recipe I have been making for over a decade at this point. \u00a0My husband shared his way with me early on in our relationship and it&#8217;s stuck ever since.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2lb ground beef<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp salt<\/li>\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n<li>1c <a title=\"Breadcrumbs\" href=\"http:\/\/www.k7farm.com\/blog\/?p=461\">seasoned breadcrumbs<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1\/2 c parmesan cheese<\/li>\n<li>2\/3 <a title=\"Ketchup\" href=\"http:\/\/www.k7farm.com\/blog\/?p=337\">ketchup<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tsp pepper<\/li>\n<li>Carrots<\/li>\n<li>Potatoes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350F.<\/li>\n<li>Combine all ingredients except carrots and potatoes and form into a loaf. \u00a0Place loaf in a roasting pan.<\/li>\n<li>Peel and slice carrots and potatoes and place them around the loaf in the roasting pan.<\/li>\n<li>Cover and bake for 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Remove lid, cover with additional ketchup, return to oven to bake another 15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Serve.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is the same meatloaf recipe I have been making for over a decade at this point.
