I know it would work great with any smoked sausage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3lb potatoes, peeled and cubed<\/li>\n<li>2lb<a title=\"Homemade Sausage (Venison or Pork Kielbasa, Smoked Sausage)\" href=\"http:\/\/www.k7farm.com\/blog\/?p=612\"> smoked sausage<\/a><\/li>\n<li>8oz cream cheese<\/li>\n<li>10.5 oz or homemade equivalent <a title=\"\u201cCream Of\u201d Soup Multi-Purpose, Bulk Mix\" href=\"http:\/\/www.k7farm.com\/blog\/?p=715\">cream of celery soup<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1tb <a title=\"Ranch Dressing Mix\" href=\"http:\/\/www.k7farm.com\/blog\/?p=1014\">ranch dressing mix<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Combine potatoes and sausage in a crockpot. \u00a0For quicker cooking, use cooked potatoes.<\/li>\n<li>Mix cream cheese, celery soup and ranch dressing together. \u00a0Then pour in and mix with potatoes and sausage.<\/li>\n<li>Cook on low 6-8 hours or on high 2-4 hours. \u00a0Of course if you use using cooked potatoes, cooking time will be the lowest time frame given for each temperature.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I actually made this with venison sausage, but considering the general population doesn&#8217;t keep that on hand&#8230;.
