When it looks like there are enough, I stop adding them).<\/p>\n<p>You can garnish with fresh minced cilantro, if you have any.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 large avocados, flesh removed and mashed<\/li>\n<li>2 limes, juiced<\/li>\n<li>1.5-2tsp salt<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp black pepper<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tsp cayenne pepper<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp garlic powder<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp onion powder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mash all the ingredients together.\u00a0 Taste as you go.\u00a0 when it&#8217;s just right, place it in the fridge, covered to allow the flavors to mingle.\u00a0 I often eat it soon after making it, but it&#8217;s great if you make it a bit ahead.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I love a good chunky guacamole any day (hold the jalapenos).
