{"id":1336,"date":"2015-12-04T02:43:56","date_gmt":"2015-12-04T02:43:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.k7farm.com\/blog\/?p=1336"},"modified":"2016-12-23T04:39:23","modified_gmt":"2016-12-23T04:39:23","slug":"cheesy-potatoes-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.k7farm.com\/blog\/?p=1336","title":{"rendered":"Cheesy Potatoes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This is always a holiday favorite at our home.\u00a0 Sometimes I make it as a side for a nice dinner a time or two during the year, too.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4c hashbrowns, frozen<\/li>\n<li>1\/3c milk<\/li>\n<li>1-14.5oz can\/<a href=\"http:\/\/www.k7farm.com\/blog\/?p=354\">homemade equivalent cream of celery soup<\/a><\/li>\n<li>8oz cream cheese, softened<\/li>\n<li>1\/4c onion, sliced thin<\/li>\n<li>1-1\/2 c cheddar cheese (give or take), divided<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350F.<\/li>\n<li>Mix all ingredients with 1c cheese together and pour into a greased 8&#215;8 or 9&#215;9 baking dish.<\/li>\n<li>Top the casserole with the remaining half cup (or so) of cheese.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for one hour. If cheese is browning too much on top, you can cover it with foil.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>*This casserole can be prepared the night before and stored in the fridge overnight until you are ready to bake it.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is always a holiday favorite at our home.
