If you have a recipe that calls for a dry onion soup mix, this is a great one to have on hand. This can mix in with sour cream to make french onion chip dip, and we love mixing it with olive oil and tossing potatoes in it, roasting them until soft in the center. If you make this in bulk, 1/4c + 2-1/4 tsp makes an envelope of seasoning.
Ingredients:
- 8tsp dried onion flakes
- 1tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 4tsp beef bouillon
Method:
- Mix all. Above recipe = 1 seasoning envelope.
