Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1c sour cream
- 1/4ts vanilla
- 2tb honey
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 3/4c flour
- 1ts baking powder
- 1 peach, sliced thin or crushed
- 1/2c milk
Method:
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat with a tablespoon of butter.
- When the butter starts to bubble, drop batter 1/4c at a time spacing enough to allow batter to spread.
- Flip when you notice bubbles forming around the edge of the pancake.
- Remove when both sides of pancake are beginning to turn golden brown.
