Peach and Sour Cream Pancakes


  • 1 egg
  • 1c sour cream
  • 1/4ts vanilla
  • 2tb honey
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 3/4c flour
  • 1ts baking powder
  • 1 peach, sliced thin or crushed
  • 1/2c milk


  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat with a tablespoon of butter.
  3. When the butter starts to bubble, drop batter 1/4c at a time spacing enough to allow batter to spread.
  4. Flip when you notice bubbles forming around the edge of the pancake.  
  5. Remove when both sides of pancake are beginning to turn golden brown.
