My kids just love this rub on their venison steaks. It’ll season 8-10lbs of meat, so store it in an old space jar after you have used it.
Ingredients:
- 1/4c kosher salt
- 1/8 c black pepper
- 1/4c paprika
- 1tb brown sugar
- 1tb white sugar
- 2tb thyme
- 2tb garlic powder
- 1tb onion powder
- 1tb cayenne pepper (optional)
Method:
- Combine all ingredients into a spice jar. Mix well, then season and cook to taste.
