This class focuses in-depth on the canning method of food preservation. Whether your interest is jams, jellies, butters, fruits, salsas, vegetables, pickles, soups, meats or meals, we will discuss how to can them all!

Full demonstration of waterbath and pressure canning will be given as well as time and money saving tips from a mom of seven who cans hundreds and hundreds of jars each season!

Cost is $25 per person. Space is limited, so please register early.
